Welcome to Savyy. These Terms govern your use of our apps, website, APIs, and services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
Savyy helps you connect financial accounts, view transactions, and automatically categorize spending. AI outputs may require your review.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Privacy

Before any AI processing, we hash merchant information, sanitize descriptions, and include only minimal attributes (amount magnitude and whether the transaction is a credit or debit). Requests are HMAC‑signed and time‑bound before reaching our serverless worker.

4. AI‑Assisted Categorization

Categorization runs via dedicated infrastructure AI using open‑source models (e.g., Gemma or Mistral). Providers do not use your data for training.

5. Third‑Party Services
We may rely on third‑party providers (e.g., bank data connectors, infrastructure, analytics, AI runtime). Their terms may apply when you use related features.
6. Acceptable Use
  • Do not access accounts or data you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Do not disrupt the Service or bypass security measures.
  • Do not use the Service to violate laws or third‑party rights.
7. Fees and Changes
We may update pricing and features. We will provide notice where required.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accuracy of third‑party data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Savyy against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may modify the Service and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect users.
