How do I connect my bank account?

From your dashboard, click 'Add Bank' and select your bank from the list. You'll be redirected to your bank's secure login page. Savyy never sees your banking credentials - authentication is handled directly by our regulated banking partner, Bridge.

Which banks are supported?

Savyy supports over 2,000 banks across Europe through our banking partner Bridge. Most major banks in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and other EU countries are available. If your bank isn't listed, contact us and we'll look into adding it.

Initial sync typically takes 1-2 minutes depending on how much transaction history your bank provides. After that, transactions sync automatically throughout the day. You can also manually refresh anytime.

How does AI categorization work?

Our AI analyzes transaction patterns to automatically assign categories. Before processing, we anonymize your data - merchant names are hashed, personal identifiers removed, and only essential attributes are used. The AI runs on our own infrastructure and your data is never used for model training.

No, absolutely not. Your data is never used to train any AI model. We run AI on our own dedicated infrastructure with models configured to never retain or learn from your data. Your financial information is processed only to categorize your transactions - nothing more.

Yes! You can always override any category the AI assigns. Simply click on a transaction and select a different category. You can also create custom categorization rules to automatically apply your preferences to future transactions.
